Program Description 

“What Matters Most” helps coaches strengthen their ability to guide clients in identifying and clarifying their core values. Through teaching, live demonstrations, peer coaching practice, and group reflection, participants gain practical tools to help clients uncover what matters most, prioritize values, and integrate values work into decision-making and meaningful action.

This program is designed for credentialed coaches looking to deepen their skill in values-based coaching. It’s ideal for coaches who want to help clients move beyond surface-level goals, strengthen self-awareness, and make decisions rooted in what truly matters to them.

Program Logistics

We’ll meet live on Zoom for two interactive sessions: July 16 and July 23, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern Time. In between sessions, you’ll complete a few short reflection exercises to help you apply what you're learning and get the most from the live coaching practice.
